Now understand I am rural and there are only 5 houses on my street, including my own. It ended up getting delivered to one of my neighbors. No delivery truck, no delivery person knocking on my door so no it was not delivered or given to the customer.
I'm thinking, "how do you miss dropping it off in the correct state, twice?" It finally gets dropped off in KY and I go back later to check on the tracking to find it says "delivered, given to customer". It then traveled all the back down to TN.
I was thinking, "how do you miss the dropping it off in the correct state?". then for some reason it traveled all the way up to PA. It’s extremely hard to get to customer service and when I finally did, most of them were unprofessional and rude! I was hung up on twice, they didn’t solve any of their mistakes and refused to refund me. When the package finally arrived (8 days late!!) and I called for a refund, I was denied. I explained it was crucial for the package to be there the next day, they again, guaranteed me, it would! Well, the day the package was guaranteed to arrive, I still tracked it to the other side of the country! I called multiple times again and was told they weren’t going to deliver it on time and that I would receive a refund. 2 days later, I tracked the package to the east coast, I called them and after multiple calls not being able to get through, I was told the package was sitting in the facility. I was guaranteed that the package will arrive in 2-3 days, so I paid for 3 day shipping. If you want guaranteed timely, effective shipping, (or even decent customer service), go to USPS/DHL/UPS (I’ve never had any issues with them and deeply regret ever giving fedex a try!!) I went to ship a very important package up north/west USA that needed to be delivered in 5 days.
